The Executive Committee meets prior to the Society meeting. The Society training session starts at the designated times above. All meetings begin with a training session lead by one of our esteemed "referee trainers." These sessions often lead to lively discussions on the current status of law changes and variations, and how they are interpreted within the Potomac Rugby Union. These sessions, as well as the entire meeting, are open to all clubs and "future" referees. Actually, club representation at the training session is a great tool for the local teams.

Whenever a major tournament is scheduled in the PRU, the meeting prior to the tournament includes relevant information from the host team as well as referee information from the "head ref."
